Courier Partner
All orders are shipped via TCS or PostEx for reliable and fast delivery across Pakistan.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- For Turbat & Gwadar, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
- For all other cities, payment must be made via direct bank transfer before dispatch. Please share your payment receipt/screenshot via WhatsApp at 0333-1744554 to confirm your order.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 20,000.
- A flat shipping rate of PKR 200 applies to orders below this amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing your TCS/PostEx tracking number to track your parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale, discounted, or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return procedure via TCS or PostEx reverse pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
